“Black Panthers” Poster
You can't jail a revolution.
As of writing this we recently lost Assata Shakur, who didn't die in the comfort of her home but in Cuba where Fidel Castro gave her asylum. I'd like to attribute this poster to her, and all other Black Panthers, whether experienced death by natural causes (like Assata) or by a very famous U.S. agency (like Fred Hampton and Mark Clark).
Artist’s Note:
I created this poster for a high school project, which is why it's only available in 11" x 17". Although I can upscale it to sell larger sizes, I won't, because I believe the context of me making this piece is a part of how it turned out and I don't want to interfere in that dynamic.
